Return/ Exchange Policy
Return / exchange must be made with the receipt in unopened, unused, undamaged, original condition of merchandise within 30 days. Refunds will be made in cash, credit, or check depending on your payment method.
These items may not be returned or exchanged: books, DVDs, mannequin, rhinestones, nail lacquer, gel polish, nail powder, hair color, developer, shampoo, hair conditioner, cosmetic products, eyelash, extension eyelash, eyelash glue, tweezers, nippers, pushers, scissors, extractors, carbide bits, final sale products, and custom made products. No exceptions.
All machines, electronic tools, LED signs, salon furniture may not be returned or exchanged once they are used. They will be fixed, repaired, or sent to their companies for warranty in case they do not work during warranty time.
Acrylic brushes cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged after it is trimmed or shaped. Please check your items and receipt before leaving. We are not responsible for any missing receipt or mistakes once you exit the store.
